A workshop to touch the earth and expand unto the universe through meditation and movement. TAI CHI promotes union of the Self with the natural energy patterns of the earth. Integration, not separation is the theme creating a wholeness of mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

At the workshop you will:

Learn stretching moves that improve blood and oxygen flow through your body.

Learn some simple Tai Chi moves to improve your own sense of well being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Learn to set up a Chi-Energy Field to create Vital Life Energy.

Learn to integrate your Self with the earth through meditation, movement and breath.

This workshop is designed for beginners and intermediates!

Tai Chi meditation cassette program available at the workshop for $10

The Tai Chi Ch'uan workshop begins Fri evening at 7:00 PM with a presentation on Qigong breathing and Chinese systems of health. Saturday we will begin learning Tai Chi in the morning and continue into the evening with a short afternoon break in the heat of the day.

Participants should bring water and food. Those wishing to, are welcome to camp on the grounds at no additional charge. Campers should arrive Fri. between 5 & 6 PM. Campsites will be first come first serve.

FYI: This is the weekend of the year's most spectacular meteor shower. A great night to sleep under the open sky. Come catch a falling star and put it in your pocket.
