The
morning will start with a group drumming and then Walking Meditation on
the land.  The Walking meditation comes from the Buddhist tradition
as taught by Tacht Nat Hahn and is a powerful way to unite Heaven and Earth
      though our being.

During the walking meditation, each participant will select
a place on the grounds where they feel  personally powerful or safe.
This personal spot is where they will remain for the period of solitude
and conduct their inner work.  During this contemplative time
individuals will evoke Spirit, by what ever name they know it, to guide
them, mold their being, and find purpose.

Prayer and fasting (Incubation), are ancient
practices found in every major religious tradition.  Whether  we
think of Jesus in the desert, or a Native American on a vision quest, the
      process of seeking wisdom (Illumination),
through solitary communion with our inner Spiritual guide is the
same.  The personal vigils will continue through the night. This
process will be both a challenge and a reward.

Participants will remain alone to absorb and comprehend (Verification),
their experience before expressing it to the group.

We will regroup at Sunset to repeat the Sunset meditation
and end the period of solitude..
