Dr. John Jay Harper is a clinical hypnotherapist in Spokane, Washington and the director of a non-profit educational research corporation, the American Delphi Academy. He has written a new book that integrates the near-death experience within the framework of both science and religion; specifically it is a theory on the operation of cosmic consciousness itself. His background includes not only years of schooling in psychology and theology but over 20 years working on "Top Secret" computer science and electronics engineering projects with the U.S. Department of Defense.
